The Scope: MVLV were commissioned to undertake a Design and Construct project for the electrical services of a Screen House and Feeder Conveyor system for our Client.

The design engineering services were undertaken making use of Electrical AutoCAD software in which MVLV produced Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams and Termination Diagrams for the project.

Due to space requirements, general arrangement drawings were produced allocating spacial dimension to all components to ensure the most efficient design was produced.

The panels were constructed making use of NHP / Sprecher & Schuh control gear, and commissioned with the installation of an ABB ACS variable speed drive (VSD).
