The Scope: Design and construct a ball charger control panel, complete with off delay timer and proximity switch input.

This control panel was designed to power a single motor utilising relay logic to ensure correct operation of the ball mill of an industrial process.

The panel took input from a proximity sensor to determine fill level, and a delay timer to ensure inaccurate readings were dismissed.

MVLV were further requested to install and commission the panel, and these works were undertaken without a fault.
