The Scope: Design, manufacture and factory acceptance test of high voltage 22kV switchboard.

This MV MCC is 5 tiers long, with a 2000A incomer circuit breaker, 2000A outgoing feeder and 3x 630A feeders.

This MV switchboard is type tested to the latest IEC standards and provided by Leistung Energie.

The board is RAL7035 colour constructed min 2mm zinc galvanised steel with a IP4x rating.

MVLV were responsible for the engineering, drafting, and final manufacturing stages including quality assurance and factory acceptance testing.

These panels were fitted and wired with SEL protection relays.
